DIRECTOR

Ms. Herald is a seasoned financial professional & entrepreneur, with over
20 years of banking & investment-related experience, along with over 5 years of international small business ownership activities.  Lynn is a Midwest native from Detroit, where she began her banking career in Treasury/Capital Market activities.  From there, she focused on marketing & sales of structured loan & deposit products to institutional & corporate clients on behalf of various banks located in Columbus-Ohio, New York City and Chicago.  In 2002, Ms. Herald elected to pursue her long-held dream to live abroad & be an entrepreneur by launching various business interests in Buenos Aires, Argentina; including short-term rental properties, women’s gym & day-spa and as investor in an argentine wine tourism group.  In 2009, Lynn decided to return to the United States, choosing Miami as her home along with her new career path as a Financial Advisor first at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and now with Wells Fargo Advisers, LLC as of November 2012. 

Ms. Herald holds the distinguished Chartered Financial Analyst designation since 1996 along with an International MBA from IEDE/UEM in Madrid in 2003.  Lynn is a member of the Board of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Miami-Dade and she is also a supporting member of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), ITWomen, The Commonwealth Institute, OWIT (Org. of Women in International Trade), MDGLCC (Miami Dade Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce) and she is an avid competitor & volunteer in the Miami Triathlon/Running communities.
