The WCC is supported by The Executive Administrative Group (The EA Group), www.theexecutiveadmins.com. Founder and President, Romaine Brown-Palmer, as well as Senior Account Manager Michele Del Percio provide support for the day-to-day administrative and event needs of the Chamber.
Romaine Brown-Palmer founded The EA Group in 2014 with a passion for working with the entrepreneur community and entities such as the Chamber, who need ongoing administrative and event support. In addition to being the lead project manager at the EA Group, Romaine is also the lead facilitator of Freedom Think Sessions, one-on-one sessions where she teaches entrepreneurs how to streamline the back end of the business. What she loves most about what she is doing is the impact she and her team are able to make on so many people, through the amazing organizations they support.
Using her 18 years of administrative and operations management experience to launch her online business management firm, it has grown to a 4 person team based in Pembroke Pines, Fl, managing 12 businesses and multiple project management accounts. Primarily working with solopreneurs, coaches and marketing firms, they are the support team for many local South Florida business owners as well as the secret weapon for some of your favorite international brands.
Michele Del Percio recently joined this amazing team in November with a background in physical fitness, administrative operations as well as accounting and collections. When not in the office, Romaine and Michele are dedicated parents and professional weekenders who enjoy exposing their children to all the fun South Florida has to offer. They enjoy working with the Chamber because of the amazing women they have the opportunity to interact with and support!
