Ana Rodriguez is a seasoned professional and strategic leader with extensive knowledge in business operations and strategy over the tenure of her career. She currently works in the health insurance industry serving as a Regional Strategic Partnerships Manager for Florida Blue, a subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, supporting the organization with regional business development strategies, execution of tactics, and development of strengthened strategic relationships. As a thought leader, and passionate about change management, Ana has a proven ability to apply strategic decision-making to improve business models, while increasing revenue, improving customer satisfaction and retention rates, and adding value to any organization or strategic business partner.
Through her dedication to community engagement, Ana is involved with, and supports many non-profit organizations and Chambers of Commerce including the prestigious Women’s Chamber of Commerce, Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Beacon Council, and American College of Healthcare Executives. She also serves as an active committee member for the New Leaders Taskforce, as well as the Healthcare and New World Center committees for the Beacon Council.
As an avid learner, Ana holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is currently in the final year of her Ph.D. degree in Strategic Leadership. She holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt which enables her to apply her passion to improve processes, remove organizational waste and inefficiency, and improve working conditions to provide a better response to customers’ needs.
Ana resides in Miami, FL., and in her personal time, she enjoys supporting entrepreneurs, especially women in business, exercising, and spending quality time with her three children and husband.
