The governing body of WCC Miami. The Executive Committee sets our strategic direction, oversees the organization's financial health, and ensures that every decision we make reflects our mission to empower women in business. This is where vision becomes policy.

Approve organizational budgets and major initiatives

Provide fiduciary oversight and board accountability

Act on recommendations from standing committees

Represent WCC Miami in high-level civic forums

Guide long-term revenue and growth strategy
